Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Recallnest app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Rohyller Dev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not obtain any information from external sources when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.

All content created within the Application — including flashcard text (front and back), audio recordings, images, and study progress data — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SQLite). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. The Service Provider has no access to any content you create within the Application.

The Application uses the SM-P spaced repetition algorithm to schedule flashcard reviews and optimize your learning experience. This algorithm processes your review history and performance data solely on your device, in real time, without sending any information externally. No study data, scores, or performance metrics are ever transmitted outside of your device.

The Application offers an optional local backup feature that allows you to export and save your data (flashcard decks, audio, images, and study progress) as a backup file stored on your own device or in a location of your choosing (such as local storage or a personal cloud drive managed by you). The Service Provider does not have access to these backup files. Backup and restore operations are performed entirely by you, and you are responsible for the security of any backup files you create.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Since the Application does not collect any information from users and all data remains on your device, no data is shared with third parties.

You can stop all use of the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Uninstalling the Application will remove all locally stored data unless you have created a backup.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Since the Application does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of children's data being retained or misused by the Service Provider. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information. Since all data is stored locally on your device and the Application does not transmit any information externally, there is no risk of your data being accessed by the Service Provider or unauthorized individuals through our systems. You are encouraged to protect your device with a screen lock and to use the Application's optional password protection feature for additional security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
